The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met in the University Parlor, in Urbana, a t 3:30 o'clock p. m„, September 9, 1890. The members present were Messrs. Bullard, Cobb, H a r k e r a n d Shawhan; absent, Governor Fifer, and Messrs. Bennett, Clemens, Edwards, Haskell, McKay, McLean and Millard. There being no quorum present, the B o a r d adjourned t o meet a t 3 o'clock p. m., September 2 3 , 1890.
