On motion, Mr. Kenower was added to the Auditing Committee. The Eegent's report was taken up for consideration. The resignation of Mr. N. S. Spencer, as foreman of the Architectural shop, was accepted, and the employment of a suitable person in his place was referred to the Executive Committee with power to act.
