Resolved, T h a t t h e president of this board be and h e is hereby i n s t r u c t e d t o c o n s u m m a t e t h e sales t o William B u r n e t t and Christopher Burnett, of t h e S. halt of t h e S. E . q u a r t e r and t h e N. half of t h e S. E . quarter, section 21, town 19, r a n g e 9, by executing to t h e m on behalf of this board, a n d with t h e u s u a l covenants of w a r r a n t y , conveying to each t h e t r a c t so sold, when he receives information from t h e t r e a s u r e r t h a t t h e c o n siderations for said sales have been p a i d ; a n d t h a t such deeds be a t t e s t e d by t h e secretary a n d t h e seal of t h e University.
