173 the physical laboratory, three thousand dollars; or so much of the sums specified for each of the above named purposes as may be necessary. § 10. The Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the Treasurer for the moneys herein appropriated, in favor of the parties to whom the same may be and become due, upon proper vouchers, signed by the President of the Board of Trustees, and attested by the Secretary, with the corporate seal of the University attached, and approved by the Governor. APPROVED May 7,1873.
