The following report from the Auditing Committee, was presented by Judge L. W. Lawrence^ the Chairman :

To the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Industrial University : The Auditing Committee report that they have examined the Treasurer's report, and find the same correct—that they have examined his vouchers, consisting of orders 1 to 723, current series, and canceled the same by punching, and recommend that they be returned to the Treasurer for safe keeping. The committee have examined the following bills, and find them correct, and recommend that orders be drawn for their payment:
