Pickrell, chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, made the following REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE. Tour Committee on Agriculture beg leave to report, that after a full examination of the premises, and after a full canvass of the whole matter, they think it is advisable to refer the general management of the farms to the Executive Committee.
