Private Certified housing

Morgan Room, ACES Library Private Certified Housing (PCH) facilities are privately owned and operated buildings, certified by the University to house all students including Freshman and Transfers. Historically twenty-five percent of the freshman class choose to live in PCH during their first year on campus. PCH units are comparable to other new student housing; they offer both educational and social programming, trained residential life staff, and meal plan options. In addition, Private Certified facilities offer amenities like semi-private bathrooms, more square footage, air conditioning, fitness rooms and housekeeping. In 2009 two PCH facilities achieved LEEDS sustainability certification for their new GREEN construction. Stop by the PCH booth at the ACES information fair to receive more detail about Private Certified Housing!
