Guided Tour of the Food Science Pilot Plant

Room 165, AESB Investigate food-processing methods like pasteurization, drying, extrusion and commercial canning as you tour a working food science pilot plant. Learn about the latest developments in food processing. Tours begin at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and will last approximately 35 minutes.
