The University of Illinois’ College of Engineering is ranked the #4 Undergraduate Engineering Program in the U.S. Some famous alumni from the University of Illinois’ College of Engineering include YouTube co-founders Javed Karim and Steve Chen, Microsoft’s Chief Software Architect Ray Ozzie, co-founder and CTO for Paypal Max Levchin, and co-founder and long time CEO of Advanced Micro Devices Jerry Sanders. 16 alumni and faculty have won the Nobel Prize, in addition to John Bardeen (professor of Physics and Electrical Engineering), who won the Nobel Prize in Physics twice.
