For violation of this category, a cash penalty of $1 will be assessed. In addition, the bicycK may also be impounded. 2. Failure to comply with the registration requirements outlined in Section 2 above. a. For violation of this category, a cash penalty of $2 will be assessed. In addition, the bicycle may also be impounded. 3. If the bicycle is not used in conformity with the provisions of Section 3 above regarding the operation of bicycles. a. For violation of this category, a cash penalty of $3 will be assessed. B. Payment of Penalties 1. Assessed penalties for violations indicated above shall be payable at the Bursar's Office within five days of the date of violation. 2.
