(See Section 4, A ) . i mpus Defined The term 'campus*' as used in this regula i shall be construed to include all I iperty wheresoever situated in Champaign-Urbana, owned, rented, or controlled by the University of Illinois. Section 2 — Registration Required A . > member of the University faculty, st student body, or allied agencies officed on the campus shall operate, park, store a bicycle in or on the campus unless or until the owner or owners thereof shall have registered said bicycle with the University and procured a permit >r the operation thereof as hereinafter provided. li. Other accessories. C. The University is to maintain a complete file on all bicycles so registered and shall furnish each registrant a copy of his registration information. D. A permit to operate, park, or store a bicycle on the campus shall be evidenced by an identification tag or decal issued after acceptance of the application. Such decal shall be affixed with numbers facing front, to the rear upright frame bar which supports the seat arm. E. The original registration shall be valid so long as the bicycle is operated on the campus. F. All bicycles not currently and legally registered with the University shall be so registered within two weeks following the start of classes for the fall semester of each year. Bicycles brought to the campus after this time shall be registered immediately. G. Evidence of the sale or transfer oi a registered bicycle from one University person to another shall be made in writ ing to the Bicycle Registration Office, which shall then cause the registration of the said bicycle and the permit to operate the same, to be placed in the name of the new owner. 4 Equipment or tl attached H.
