APPOINTMENTS TO SCHOLARSHIPS The awarding of scholarships in A ulturc ami Home Economics is made on the followin] basis: (a) Competitive Examination. All mdidates hoi for these scholarships must pass with an aver acre grade oi T or higher the competitive O arship examination which is held each year in each county on the last Saturday in March. In counties from which there is more than one candidate, the scholarship is awarded to the candidate who ranks highest in the examination, if he is otherwise eligible. (See examination outline below.) Failure to do so forfeits the scholarship, (c) Notice to County Superintendent.
