(Pet., p. 45) j Pleadings. The pleadings consist of a petition and an answer. Pursuant to a motion made by petitioners to t r e a t the answer as a demurrer or a motion to strike in the nature thereof because it raised questions of law and tendered no issue of fact upon which the right of the petitioners to the writ prayed for depended, this pondent demurrer, or motion same ordered the issues closed.
