She writes, "I have left teaching and perhaps library work for a brand new fielj and I am convinced it is what I have been headed for all the time. AID delighted with the type of work and the local situation." Harold W . Batchelor, B.S. '33, M.S. '37, is resigning from the staff of the University of Illinois Library to become librarian of Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, O. Mr. and Mrs. Batchelor will attend the A.LA. Conference and spend some time in the N o r t h w e s t before going to Berea. Catherine Mclver, B.S. '34, resigned from her position at the Georgia College for W o m e n last summer and accepted a position in the catalog division of the National Archives. She writes, "I like living in Washington. Am sharing an apartment with Elva Krogh, '30, and Dorothy Hill, '33, at 3200 16th Street N.W." Ruth Phillips Griffith, B.S. '34. Mr. and Mrs. Griffith are now living at 43181/4 Melbourne Street, Hollywood, Calif. T h e y announced the arrival of a son, Meil Adams, on the 23rd of January, 1939. Mabel R. McColgin Krick, B.S. '34, writes that her husband is with the Joy Floral Company and they are living at 1325 Meridian Street, Nashville, Tenn. Marian F . Housh, B.S. '34, was married on Sundav, September 11. 1938, in Washington, D. C , to Mr. Wilbur Mackey. T h e y are at home at 172 Seventeenth Street, N.W., Washington, D. C. Henry E. Coleman, B.S. '34, resigned his position at the State University of Iowa Library, and is now studying at the University of Michigan, Department of Library Science, towards a Master's degree in Library Science.
