Molt butter and mid the Hour. Cook butter and flour together. Add slowly the hot milk and hominx liquid, then add hominy, onion, salt, popper,, and parsley. Cook twenty minutes in double boiler.

HOMINY SOUP II 2 cups liquid drained from hominy 1 cup milk \>2 cup hominy pulp put thru sieve after cooking Few drops onion 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 hard cooked cggf chopped fine juice

Heat liquid and milk, adding hominy pulp and seasonings. Cook twenty minutes in a double boiler. Add chopped egg just before serving.
