(c) Petitions for change in residence classification are made on forms provided by the Office of Admissions and Records (d) In the event a student who claims he is a resident student is dissatisfied with an adverse ruling of the Dean of Admissions and Records, he may obtain a review of such decision by the Legal Counsel of the University by wing with the Dean of Admissions and Records within twenty days after he has been notified of said ruling his request in writing that said ruling be referred to and reviewed by the Legal Counsel, whose decision shall be final. 3 . Physical Examinations All new students proposing to enroll in the University of Illinois, or in the University High School, at UrbanaChampaign and at the Chicago Undergraduate Division are required, before completion of their registration, to present adequate evidence of satisfactory physical and mental health as determined by the Director of Health Services. The Director of Health Services of the University shall prescribe the form, extent, and scope of the required preentrance examinations.
