All vanity athletes taking b.i*ic military training will normally register for sections whirh do not interfere with regular practice houts for the sport concerned, and whirh do not meet on days normally used for athletic competitions with other universities. Special c ;%sr§ in which a conflict u unavoidable will be decided by the Dean of Students after •ill nsidering the recommendations of the heads of the departments concerned. 14. Students Excusable by Petition For reasons other than those mentioned in paragraph students to be excused from military or to have their military work deferred, must first register for military and then submit a petition through the Headquarters of the Departments of Military Science or Air Force Science to the Dean of Students for action. Petitions will be granted only for reasons FEES* 15. Payable in Advance Fees assessed for any semester are due and payable in full when the student registers. 16. Students in Debt to the University A student who is in debt to the University at the end of any semester for fees or charges shall not be permitted to register in the University again, and shall not be entitled to receive an official statement of his credits from the Recorder, until his indebtedness has been discharged. 17. Late Registration Fee A late registration fee of $5.00 is charged of all ] students registering later than the registration days.f (This rule d« s not apply in the summer session of eight weeks.)
