PEES* 15. Payable in Advanca I Fees assessed for any semester are due and payable I in full when the student registers. 16. Students in Debt to the University A student who is in debt to the University at the end of any semester for fees or charges shall not be permitted to register in the University again, and shall not be entitled to receive an official statement of his credits from the Recorder, until his indebtedness has been discharged. 17. Late Registration Fee A late registration fee of $5.00 is charged of all former students registering later than the registration days.t (This rule does not apply in the summer sea* sion of eight weeks.) A student is not registered until his fees are paid. A student, therefore, who does not pay or arrange his fees on the registration days is charged the late registration fee. A study program becomes invalid if not filed within one week after the date of its issue. 18. Refunds In case a student withdraws from a course or from the University during the first ten days of instruction. the total amount of his fees for the work dropped. will be refunded. After ten days and before the middle of the semester, a rebate of one-half the fees will be made. After the middle of the semester, no rebate will be allowed. The fees of a student dismissed from the Universit\ during any semester shall be refunded on the same basis as indicated above for a student who withdraws with permission.
