The salaries are payable in quarterly sums of one-quarter at the middle and one-quarter at the end of each semester. Members of the staff dismissed for inefficiency or other similar cause will receive no salary for the quarter in which they have not served one-half time; otherwise they shall be paid Pro rata, 12.
