The Daily mini Subject to the general authority of the Council of Administration as denned by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, the Daily lUini. and other publications, shall be published by a corpora* tion organised under the laws of Illinois in accordance with the following provisions aa a corporation "not for profit." (1) Name The name of this organization shall be the Jllini Publishing Company. (2) Purpose The purpose of this organization shall be to print and distribute the Daily ///mi and other student publications ami to do a general printing and publishing business, provided that no profit shall accrue to any per son by virtue of his membership in such corporation. (3) Membership The corporation shall consist of eight members, four to be members of the faculty of the University of Illinois appointed by the University Council of Administration and serving one year or until their successors are appointed. The remaining four membeta shall be undergraduate students of the University of Illinois elected by students of the University of Illinois. (4) Meetings of the Company ^^^^^^^~ Section 1.
