40. Payable in Advance w j^ Fees assessed for any semester are due and pavable in full when the student registers. (See- Rule 29 second paragraph.) 41. Students In Debt to the University A student who is in debt to the University at the end of any semester for fees or charges snail not be permitted to register in the University again, and shall not be entitled to receive an official statement of his credits from the Registrar, until his indebted-rt ness has been discharged. , 1 *

Refunds § « In case a student withdraws from a course or from college during the first ten days of instruction as scheduled, the total amount of his fees for the work dropped, except the matriculation fee, will be refunded. After ten days and before the middle of the semester, a rebate of one-half the fees, except the matriculation fee, will be made. After the middle of the semester, no rebate will be allowed. In no case will any part of the matriculation fee be, refunded.
