UNIVERSITY BIENNIAL BUDGET A N D B U I L D I N G PROGRAM A N D UNIVERSITY LEGISLATION President H e n r y reported that the biennial operating budget a n d building program for 1957-59 have been passed by the General Assembly and approved by the Governor. H e also reported on the status of other legislation. M r . Johnston suggested that a resolution of appreciation directed to the Governor a n d to the General Assembly be prepared for adoption by the Board at its next meeting. On motion of M r .
