The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Trustees of September 19, October 28-29, and November 21, 1957, press proof copies of which had been sent to all members of the Board in advance. On motion of Mr. Johnston, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 863 to 1003, inclusive.

Nominations for reappointments for a period of three years from January 1, 1958, of a number of members whose terms have expired. 3. Nominations for appointments to the Executive Committee of the Citizens Committee for one year from January 1, 1958.
