Free hours during the day f i n d girls relaxing and studying in the student lounge on the second floor o f Bevler Hall. /This lounge is at the head of the stairway f r o m first floor in the center of the building. Its west view opens out on the University of Illinois campus across from the library. This restful room decorated largely in quiet tones of blue and brown can also be used for student teas, receptions, and other activities. Adjoining the lounge on the north Is a completely equipped kitchen which can be used by either students or home economics staff members for entertaining. The staff lounge is directly north of the kitchen.
