All Alumni and friends of the University are invited to attend a reception immediately following this ceremony in the Wedgwood Room of the lllini Union, to meet Mrs. John Robert Gregg (Janet Kinley), and Mrs. Harriet IC. Brooks (Harriet Kinley). The Commerce Building was built in 1925. On September 24, 1946, the Board of Trustees voted to rename it in honor of Dr. Kinley.
