The exhibits attached to the original Loan Agreement consisted of the following: Exhibit " i " — Warranty Deed in Trust dated June 15, 1949 from the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to University of Illinois Foundation as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement of even date therewith known as "University of Illinois Student-Staff Apartment Buildings Trust — Urbana Campus." Exhibit "2" — Trust Agreement dated June 15, 1949 between the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and University of Illinois Foundation known as "University of Illinois Student-Staff Apartment Buildings Trust — Urbana Campus," providing for the terms and conditions upon which the property is to be held and authorizing the execution of the Trust Indenture and Lease hereinafter described, said agreement having attached to it two exhibits as follows: Exhibit "A" — Trust Indenture dated June J5, 1949 from University of Illinois Foundation as Trustee to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as Trustee, securing an issue of bonds in the principal sum of $900,000 known and described as "University of Illinois Foundation Four Per Cent ( 4 % ) Revenue Bonds — Graduate Student and Staff Apartment Project." Exhibit " B " — Lease dated June 15, 1049 from University of Illinois Foundation as Trustee to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for a term commencing June 15, 1949 and expiring June 30, 1949, containing successive options to Lessee to renew for two year periods commencing July I, 1949. Exhibit " 3 " — Steam Agreement dated June 15, 1949 between the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and University of Illinois Foundation as Trustee, providing for the furnishing of steam to the project by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois.
