Illinois Street and also to forever indemnify the city of Urbana, Illinois, and hold it harmless against any and all claims for damages which may be asserted by any and all other persons, firms, and corporations against said city on account, or as a result, of said vacation of said portion of said Illinois Street, and to file said written undertaking with the City Clerk of said city in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance when said written undertaking has been approved by the University's Legal Counsel and has been so executed. I concur.

On motion of Mr. Livingston, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Bissell, Mr. Herrick, Mrs. Holt, Mr. Johnston, Mr. Livingston, Mr. Megran, Mr. Nickell, Mr. Swain, Mr. Williamson; no, none; absent, Mr. Stratton, Mrs. Watkins.
