i95 6 l UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS IO9I CONTRACT FOR PLASTERING AND ACOUSTICAL WORK (29) The Director of the Physical Plant and the Comptroller recommend award of a standing contract to H a r r y F . Fisher, Urbana, for maintenance, plastering, patching repairs, and acoustical installations, work to be done as needed, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1956, on the basis of the following terms: ( r ) $2.50 an hour for trucking of equipment and materials for actual time used solely for transportation, provided that not over 10 per cent of one job will be charged to trucking costs unless the total costs are $25 or less; and (2) contractor's fee of 19 per cent of all job costs. I concur and recommend that the Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board be authorized to execute this contract. On motion of Mr. Herrick, this contract was awarded, and the Comptroller and Secretary of the Board were authorized to execute the same. AGREEMENT WITH EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION AND RADIO CENTER (30) The Director of University Broadcasting and the Comptroller recommend authorization of an agreement with the Educational Television and Radio Center, a non-profit corporation for the advancement of educational television and radio at Ann Arbor, Michigan, to furnish television program materials. The fee will be $4,800 for a period of twelve months from July I, 1956. The University will not be under any obligation to use or broadcast any material furnished by the Center which the University may deem unsuitable for its use. Funds are available in the budget of Television-Motion Pictures of University Broadcasting. I concur and recommend that the Comptroller and the Secretary of the Board be authorized to execute this agreement for the period indicated. O n m o t i o n of M r .
