WITTENBORN, JOHN RiCHARD, Assistant in Psychology, on one-half time, for ten months, and Assistant Psychometrist in the Personnel Bureau, on one-half time, for one year, beginning September I, 1940, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty dollars ($120) a month from September through June, and at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month for July and August (this supersedes his previous appointment).
