1963] UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS 453 Trustees has released its rights to this invention to the University of Illinois Foundation, and the latter requests that a percentage of the net income which may be received from the royalties be assigned to the inventor. The Patent Committee recommends a distribution of 15 per cent of any net income to the inventor. I concur in these recommendations. On motion of Mr. Swain, these recommendations were approved.
