REPORT ON A FIRE IN THE ILLINI U N I O N At the request of the President of the University, Mr. Havens reported on a fire in the Mini Union at Urbana on August 17, 1969, as follows: Preliminary estimates indicate that the total damage may be as low as $100,000 or as high as $275,000; that at this point all of the damage can not be accurately estimated; and, considerable time will be required before a firm cost estimate can be developed. The loss is covered by insurance. T h e b u s i n e s s o f t h e m e e t i n g h a v i n g b e e n c o n c l u d e d , o n m o t i o n of Mr. Clement, the Executive Committee adjourned.
