MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 14, 1944 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street, Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 1944. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Dr. Luken, Mr. McKelvey, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Nickell. President WiUard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. 895
