MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 18, 1 9 4 3 With Executive Committee Meetings of November 19 and December 18, 1943 The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met in executive session in committee of the whole at the University Club of Chicago, at io o'clock a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 1943. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. McKelvey, Mr. Nickell. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, and Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller. 78S
