MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS August 30-31, 1943 On the call of the President, Mr. Park Livingston, a special executive session of the August meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University Club, in Chicago, at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, August 30, 1943. The following members were present: President Livingston, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Dr. Luken, Mr. McKelvey, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Nickell. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, and Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller. 487
