MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 20, 1943 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Chicago Illini Union Building, 715 South Wood Street, Chicago, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 20, 1943. The following members were present: President Meyer, Mr. Davis, Mr. Fornof, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Jensen, Mr. Livingston, Mr. Nickell. Mr. McKelvey, member-elect, sat with the Board. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. H. E. Cunningham, Secretary, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, Dr. R. B. Allen, Executive Dean of the Chicago Colleges, and Mr. J. F. Wright, Director of Public Information. Judge Sveinbjorn Johnson, University Counsel, was present during part of the day. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of January 23, 1943On motion of Mr. Davis, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 227 to 264 above. 265
