MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS July 15, 1938 With Executive Committee Meetings of July 15 and 2 1 , 1938 The July meeting of the Board of Trustees ot the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at io o'clock a.m. (Chicago Daylight Saving Time) on Friday, July 15, 1938. The following members were present: Mr. Karraker, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Moschel, Mrs. Plumb. President Willard was present; also Mr. A. J. Janata, Assistant to the President, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Comptroller, and Director C. S. Havens of the Physical Plant Department. The Board declared a recess. 1
