O n motion of Mr. Trees, this appropriation was made, by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mr. Barrett, M r s . Grigsby, D r . Noble, Mr. Trees, Mr. Williams; no, n o n e ; absent, M r . Blair, M r . Emmerson, M r s . Hopkins. REAPPROPRIATION OF UNEXPENDED BALANCES (3) A recommendation that the following estimated, unexpended balances from the fiscal year 1931-32 be reappropriated as of July 1, 1932, for the purposes indicated. THE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION BUDGET (4) The budget of the Athletic Association showing the estimated income and estimated expense for the fiscal year beginning July I, 1932. O n motion of Mr. Armstrong, this budget was referred to the Finance Committee for consideration and report. DIRECTORS OF ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (5) A recommendation that the following gentlemen be appointed Directors of the University of Illinois Athletic Association to serve until March, 1933, or until their successors shall have been appointed: Director George A. Huff; Professor A. C. Callen; Professor Frederic A. Russell; Mr. J. P. Kratz, Monticello; Mr. W. E. C. Clifford, Champaign. On motion of Mr. Armstrong, these Directors were appointed. RETIREMENT OF DR. LOUIS SCHULTZ, SR. (6) A recommendation that Dr. Louis Schultz, Sr., Professor of Oral Surgery and Pathology, be retired September 1, 1932, with the title of Professor of Oral Surgery and Pathology, Emeritus, at a retiring allowance of $600 a year. On motion of Dr. Noble, this recommendation was adopted.
