MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS May 22, 1934 The May meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the New Medical Building, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. (Chicago time) on Tuesday, May 22, 1934. The following members were present: President Williams, Mr. Barr, Mr. Barrett, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Freeman, Mrs. Hopkins, Mr. Karraker, Dr. Meyer, Mr. Trees. Acting President Daniels was present; also Dean Willard, Judge Johnson, and Professor Morey. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of March 13, 1934, and April 11, 1934; also, for record, the minutes of the Executive Committee meeting of April 11, 1934. On motion of Mr. Trees, the minutes of the meeting of March 13, x 934. were approved as printed on pages 467 to 474 above. On motion of Mrs. Hopkins, the minutes of the meeting of April 11, 1934, were approved, and the minutes of the Executive Committee were received for record, as printed on pages 475 and 476, and 476 to 484, respectively. 48S
