MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 16, 1933 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, February 16, 1933. The following members were present: President Barrett, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees, Mr. Williams; also Mrs. Nellie V. Freeman, member-elect. President Chase was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of January 25, I 933- On motion of Mrs. Grigsby, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 165 to 179 above. 181
