MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 17, 1930 The October meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Friday, October 17, 1930. The following members were present: President Barr, M r . Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Simpson, M r . Trees. President Chase was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of September 17, 1930. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 53 to 87 above. 89
