The following members were present: President Barrett, M r . Armstrong, M r . Barr, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees, Mr. Williams. President Chase was present, MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 20, 1932.
