MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 17, 1 9 3 0 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 1930. The following members were present: President Barr, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees. President Chase was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of July 23, 1930. O n motion of Mr. Trees, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 1 to 52 above. 53
