MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 15, 1931 The December meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the new Medical and Dental Laboratories Building, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 1931. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barrett, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Hopkins, Dr. Noble, and Mr. Williams. M r . Trees took his place with the Board at the beginning of the afternoon session. President Chase was present; also, during part of the day, Professor J. M . White. In the absence of Mr. Barr, Dr. Noble was elected Chairman of the meeting. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of October 30 and November 16, 1931. O n motion of M r . Barrett, the minutes of the meeting of October 30 were approved as printed on pages 459 to 482 above. O n motion of Mrs. Grigsby, the minutes of the meeting of November 16 were approved as printed on pages 483 to 490 above. 491
