MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS July 23, 1930 The July meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of I l li nois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, July 2.3, 1930. The following members were present: President Barr, Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Simpson, Mr. Trees. President Chase was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of June 19, 1930. O n motion of M r . Trees, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 611 to 735 above. 1
