I46 SCHOOL OF LAW three years' course of study in a law school or a law office, and must then pass an examination to be given by the state board of bar examiners. LIBRARY FACILITIES The University spares no effort to make the library of the School of Law complete in every line essential to the best work of the student. It contains all the leading reference works and text-books, including the chief leading periodicals, the United States Reports, the Reports of Illinois, and of several other states. The collection will be supplemented from time to time. Besides the law library, students have access to the general libraries of the University, aggregating some forty thousand volumes. FEES The fee for matriculation is $10.00, and for diploma is $5.00. The tuition is $50.00 per year, of which $25.00 is payable at the opening of the year, $15.00 at the opening of the winter term, and $10.00 at the opening of the spring term.
