APPOINTMENT OF MR. WILLIAM CASEY (45) A request for authority to appoint Mr. William Casey Associate in Political Science for one year beginning September I, 1926, at a salary of $2,500. O n motion of D r . Noble, this appointment w a s authorized. USE OF RAILROAD TRACK (46) A statement concerning the use of the railroad switch track laid on University grounds by the contractor for the Stadium and other buildings, in connection with the transportation of material for the new Architecture Building. O n motion of M r . Armstrong, this matter w a s referred to the President of the University and the Supervising Architect.
