M E E T I N G O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 28, 1925 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois w a s held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a. m . on M o n d a y , D e c e m b e r 28, 1925, pursuant to the following notice which w a s sent out b y the Secretary on D e c e m b e r 23, 1925: On the call of the President, Dr. W . L. Noble, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Monday, December 28, 1925, to consider matters to be presented by the committees of the Board and the President of the University, and such other business as may be duly presented. W h e n the Board convened, the following m e m b e r s were present: President Noble, M r . Armstrong, M r . Barr, M r s . Evans, M r s . Ickes, Mr. Trees, M r . W h a m . President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect, and Professor Lloyd Morey, Comptroller. 489
