Funds for these agreements are included in the State appropriated funds budget of the College of Medicine. The agreements are subject to the availability of such funds. The vice president for business and finance concurs. I recommend approval. On motion of Mr. Boyle, these recommendations were approved by the following vote: Aye, Dr. Bacon, Mr. Boyle, Mrs. Calder, Mr. Downey, Mr. Lamont, Ms. Reese, Mrs. Shepherd; no, none; absent, Governor Edgar, Mr. Grabowski, Mrs. Gravenhorst. Contracts, Armory Track Replacement, Urbana (11) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends the award of the following contracts for the Armory track replacement at the Urbana campus.
