Ingerski, director of the State Universities Civil Service System, and Mr. Emil Peterson, deputy director of the State Universities Civil Service System and secretary of the Civil Service Merit Board. Mr. Ingerski presented plaques conveying appreciation to Mr. Grabowski, Mrs. Gravenhorst, and Mr. Wolff (posthumously) for their service on the Merit Board.
