MEETING OF T H E BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 14, 1991 T h e N o v e m b e r meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in Room C, Chicago Illini Union, Chicago campus, Chicago, Illinois, on Thursday, November 14, 1991, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Mrs. Nina T. Shepherd called the meeting to o r d e r and noted the p r o f o u n d sadness shared by the b o a r d members over the tragic death of their fellow board member, Mr. Charles P. Wolff, on November 8, 1991. She then asked the secretary to call the roll. T h e following m e m b e r s of the board were present: Dr. Gloria Jackson Bacon, Mr. Kenneth R. Boyle, Mrs. J u d i t h A n n Calder, Mr. Donald W. Grabowski, Mrs. Susan L. Gravenhorst, Mr. T h o m a s R. Lamont, Ms. J u d i t h R. Reese, Mrs. Nina T. Shepherd. T h e following members of the board were absent: Governor J i m Edgar, Mr. Charles R Wolff, as noted above. T h e following nonvoting student trustees were present: Ms. Catherine A.
